Client registration

Placing orders

  • Parents can place orders for meals in bulk for the entire month or by selecting a day at a time. The ordering is done by ust determined by you. If necessary, they can cancel selected products for a specific day - for example, lunch.
  • Ordering parties can cancel orders for a longer period or on a subsequent day before the specified time. If such a need arises, cancel orders in bulk for a selected group for one or several days.

Automatic cancellation of unpaid orders

If you activate this functionality, ordering parties who have not paid will receive a notification about the need to pay. If there is a delay in payment, Pagaspot will automatically cancel the order and inform the ordering party by email.

Billing meals

  • Parents can make a quick online payment after placing an order. In case of traditional payments, upload your bank statement and see how Pagaspot matches payments to payers.
  • The orders placed by clients will create a receivable in the system and show you the monthly turnover and current balance of payments.
  • Print receipts using the Pagaspot Print application. Pagaspot has an online integration with fiscal printers, thanks to which you will print receipts summing up orders from the entire month for each payer or for each payment. Pagaspot Print is an application that you will download to your computer, with the ease of connecting it to the printer and printing receipts.

When you or your facility needs to serve a large number of meals in a short time, accuracy and time are crucial. Pagaspot enables error-free and lightning-fast meal service using PDF reports, Excel files, or RFID cards and key fobs.

Configure email delivery of order reports for a given facility or group on a selected day, at a specified time, to a designated email address. Specify the order of data columns in the report and whether you want them arranged alphabetically, sorted by class, or by another parameter.
Served meals registration
In case of doubt, you can check whether the order was added by a parent, serving staff, or system administrator.
RFID card support

If your facilities use cards/key fobs for facility entry or time tracking - Pagaspot will integrate them with the serving module and enable meal collection using the same cards/key fobs.

If you don't have RFID cards, Pagaspot will prepare personalized cards with your catering logo and identification data of the child eating meals.
